23 years experience in various IT fields brought me a strong and broad expertise, from a strategic level to operational.
During my long career as an employee, I had the chance to approach various IT subjects with different perspectives. As a presales engineer for Dell Technologies, I was in contacts with a wide array of customers, in terms of use cases as well as levels of technicality or budgets. I am now able to come up with solutions for any type of IT needs.
I worked as an IT administrator for VMware between 2008 and 2014. I now have a strong grip on what a critical virtualised infrastructure should be and how to maintain it. Performance optimisation was key in this role.
My moto is to bring practical and adapted solutions that are future proof, resilient and focused on user experience.

Context : Presales project management on the hosting and sysadmin part of SMILE Group.
Responsabilities : Public and private projects technical assessment, building a technical architecture on both private and public cloud, solution validation with the CTO team and production team leaders, documentations redaction, offer pricing with sales team, offer presentation to customers.
Main win : **manouvellechaudiere.com** (ENGIE HOME SERVICES). Webportal for ENGIE customers with very high trafic, architecture based on AWS hyperscaller with only manages services, technical solution based on headless Drupal in high availability. 500k€+ project with 3 years support.
Context : Remote presales engineer based in Montpellier, onsite sales team for Mid Market segment in eastern France.
Responsabilities : Outbound calling and technical assessment, continuous training on Dell Technologies products and services, sales pipe management for my territory, offer architecture with onsite presales, bid followup through Salesforce, offers remote presentation.
Main win : **Pigeon Holding**. Complete on-promise datacenter refresh, servers, SAN storage and SAN switches. Total value over 700k€.
Context : Web servers administration.
Responsabilities : Custom Gentoo OS deployment on bare metal OVH servers, virtualised Debian environments deployment using LXC layer, technical procedure redaction, website migrations (Prestashop/Wordpress), infrastructure monitoring in a follow the sun team (France, Mauritius and Columbia), tools deployment and upgrade.
Technical environment : 200+ bare metal servers, customised Gentoo OS, LXC, handwritten backup scripts (bash), Centreon, custom NOC, API connected monitoring to SLACK.
Responsable IT Europe du Sud
Context : SEMEA IT Administrator for VMware.
Responsabilities : EUC equipment support for SEMEA (France, Spain, Italy and UAE), ordering and shipping of EUC equipment, local infrastructure installation, footprint servers support (AD, print, files), quarterly travels in remote offices in my territory, BYOD and VMware products beta testing, 3 engineer interns tutoring.
Technical Environment : Windows PC, MacBook Pro, iPhones, Blackberry, AD, Windows Server, vSphere, EUC VMware software.
